A lawyer by training, David Henrard has more than twenty (20) years of experience in IT, governance and risk management. He was responsible for IT at a large organization where he implemented a security management system. As such, he has acquired a perfect understanding of all security issues, whether strategic or operational.

For more than thirteen (13) years, Mr. Henrard has served as an information security and privacy advisor to numerous public and private sector organizations. His work includes the design of governance frameworks, policies and management processes that flow from them.

His interventions based on business needs and risk management make it a recognized partner to facilitate mutual understanding among managers, lawyers and IT professionals.

David Henrard is the author of numerous conferences and is actively involved in professional organizations, notably the ISACA Quebec Chapter, which he is ex-chairman.
